Shari Noonan is Rialto Markets CEO and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Shari has extensive experience in building and scaling operations and products with Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Instinet and was directly involved in the electronification of the Equities market. She worked to develop many of the initial products in equities electronic trading, including the first ATS’s, advanced algorithms, and electronic negotiations. She received a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and MBA from Columbia University and holds Series 3,7,24,55,63 registrations.
Amy Davine Kim is the Chief Policy Officer for the Chamber of Digital Commerce. Prior to joining the Chamber, she advised financial institutions, blockchain-based companies, marketplace lenders, investors and innovators regarding compliance obligations under financial services laws. In particular, she has advised on the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering requirements, the regulations and sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. She has also advised on state money transmitter laws implemented by state banking departments, and related consumer financial protection laws. She is a regular speaker on these issues, particularly as they relate to blockchain-based businesses and technologies.During her career, Amy has also advised companies on cross-border anti-bribery and trade-related compliance matters, and advised investors in their investments in hedge, private equity and real estate funds. She has also assisted companies in advocating before the U.S. Congress and other U.S. government agencies. Following this Alex moved to the FCA and leveraged his functional experience and operational knowledge of trading firms to directly supervise the UK’s biggest capital markets trading venues. Alex was subsequently seconded to ESMA’s Markets Policy team as a National Expert where his focus was across all MiFID II legislative and implementation issues.
